Bad
- If you can help it and/or afford it, go somewhere else. This place has been nothing but problems ever since my wife and I started bringing my daughter here as a newborn. To explain each situation would easily take more then a page, but for the sake of arguing I will throw a few quick situations out there. --Couldn't take naps due to unrealistic guidelines towards infant in a crib. Hands chaffed and bloody due to skin over exposed to hand soap, when confronted they said they couldn't do anything about it and suggested us put lotion on her before bed. Found daughter with another babies pacifier in her mouth, even though each babies belongings are marked with his/her initials. Over 2 large packs of baby wipes were used in 3 days. When confronted, no one had answers and accused another parent of stealing wipes. Also gave the excuse that my daughter goes to the bathroom excessively, which wouldn't make any significant difference since each babies diaper is changed on the hour. Horrible.
