2008 Military Retiree COLA (Cost of Living Adjustment)
Military retirees and Survivor Benefit Plan (SBP) recipients will see a Cost of Living Adjustment (COLA) in their January 2 paychecks. While most will see a COLA increase of 2.3 percent, the actual amount depends on when the person became a member of the uniformed services, and when they retired.
