Description: Performs equipment light-off, operation and shut-down of the AN/SQQ-89(V)14 Sensor Functional Segments including: Hull Sensor Functional Segment (HSFS), LAMPS Sonobouy Functional Segment (LSFS), and Data Recording Functional Segment (DRFS). Identifies, tracks, and classifies targets and potential targets. Identifies acoustic signature to source. Recognizes abnormal panel/screen indications and responds appropriately to indications/alerts.
