Description:
Performs equipment light-off, operation and shutdown of the AN/SQQ-89(V)10 sensor component systems utilizing front panel and remotely located controls. Recognizes normal panel indications and identifies basic and complex malfunctions, and using these symptoms and effect as indicators performs corrective maintenance. Performs organizational level preventive and corrective maintenance. Operates the AN/SQQ-28(V)10, AN/UYQ-25B(V)1 (SIMAS II), and AN/SQS-53C Sonar.
