Description:
Performs equipment light-off and shut-down, and organizational level maintenance of the AN/SQQ-89(V)14 Sensor Functional Segments including: Hull Sonar Functional Segment (HSFS), LAMPS Sonobuoy Functional Segment (LSFS), On-Board Trainer Functional Segment (OBTFS), and AN/UYQ-70(V) shared display workstations. Recognizes functional segment malfunctions.
Description (Con’t):
Utilizes the System Resource Manager (SRM) function and built in Fault Detection/Fault Localization/Fault Isolation (FD/FL/FI) software to isolate and correct faults to the Lowest Replaceable Unit (LRU). Operates the Hull Sonar and LAMPS Functional Segments.
