NSA Naples has put into effect direct assignment to housing for all military pay grades with accompanying family members receiving Permanent Change of Station (PCS) orders to the Naples area as annotated in their PCS orders.
All E1-E9 and O1-O6 service members accompanied by family members are eligible for government housing. The direct assignment of all newly arriving families to government quarters is not required at this time.
The Support Site Housing area is developed in structures containing either 6 or 12 apartments each. The apartments are designated for officer or enlisted families.
Apartments are 2, 3, and 4-bedroom units; all are equipped with central heat and air conditioning, a laundry room with American-style washer and dryer, a microwave oven, a dishwasher, a gas oven/range, a refrigerator, cable TV and both 110-V and 220-V electrical receptacles. The AFN satellite system and ADSL Internet access are available in each home.
There is no Bachelor Officer Quarters (BOQ) available.
The Housing Welcome Center currently has a waiting list for all of our government quarters. For more information on Government Housing contact the Housing welcome center. It is strongly recommended that all Sponsors contact the Housing Office as soon as you know when your new family will be arriving. At that time, you will be provided up-to-date time frames on the availability of government quarters.
Single E1-E3 service members will reside in the BEQ upon arrival. If space is not available, you will reside in the Navy Lodge until BEQ space is available. If you wish to move into economy housing, you must process a request chit through your local command for approval.
Single or unaccompanied E-4 and above service members and single or unaccompanied officers should immediately start looking for a place to live on the local economy through the Housing Welcome Center (HWC).
