The Villamar Child Development Center (CDC) offers care for children from six weeks of age to five years (pre-kindergarten). The CDC offers a part day program for preschool age children. Drop in care is available between 8 am and 3 pm, Monday through Friday. Contact the CDC at 011-53-99-3664 for additional information.
The CDC is open 6 am until 5:30 pm, Monday through Friday. If you are a single/unaccompanied service member, please be advised the CDC does not open for shift workers.
There is a waiting list for most programs at the CDC. Sponsor must call or come by the CDC to get the proper paperwork to be placed on the waiting list.
Childcare cost for children enrolled in the CDC or the CDH programs are based
on total family income.
If child care needs extend to evenings and/or weekends,you may enroll your
child(ren) with a Child Development Homes (CDH) provider. CDH providers offer
care in their homes for infants to young school aged children between the ages
of 6 weeks and 12 years.CDH providers are certified and receive monthly training
in childcare and work in conjunction with the Child Development Center.
The School Age Care (SAC) Program provides a before and after school program for children in grades one through five (or ages six through twelve). The children are offered breakfast in the morning. After school, the bus takes them to the Youth Center where snacks and planned activities are provided, including time for homework.
Also offered by the Youth Center are holiday and summer camps offered when school is not in session. Open recreation on Friday and Saturday nights is also available.
