Navy Fitness Booklet

The US Navy Personal Training Plan Booklet provides personal training information for physical fitness. The booklet provides exercise guidelines for performing the three primary components of physical fitness: cardiovascular, muscular strength and endurance, and flexibility. The booklet is 5" x 4" and can be used by Sailors in all professional settings.

The booklet is in pdf format and requires you to download and install the free Acrobat Reader Program in order to view it.
