Question: How can I upgrade my military discharge?
Answer: I wish I had a dime for everyone who thinks that a general discharge can be automatically upgraded. Not true - total fiction.
In order to upgrade a military discharge, one must convince a discharge review board that there was an error or an "injustice" in the original discharge characterization.
