Basic Job Description
As an integral member of the helicopter repair team, the Apache Attack Helicopter Systems Repairer is primarily responsible for supervising and performing field and sustainment level maintenance on Apache Attack Helicopters.
Duties performed by Soldiers in this MOS include:
Operate and perform unit level maintenance on automatic test equipment and repairs electronic equipment, printed circuit boards and modules. Prepare appropriate maintenance forms and records. Troubleshoot and repair malfunctions within automatic test equipment at the unit repair level. Repair automatic test equipment and subassemblies by adjusting, aligning, repairing and/or replacing defective components at unit level maintenance. Conduct performance testing, alignment and repair on optical targeting components.

38 weeks, 3 days, at Redstone Arsenal, AL
ASVAB Score Required: 100 in aptitude area EL

- History of alcohol or drug abuse is disqualifying
