Republic of Vietnam Civil Actions Medal

The Republic of Vietnam Civil Actions Medal’s ribbon is 1 3/8 inches in width and has nine stripes. The first stripe is 3/32 inch of Bottle Green followed by 3/16 inch of Scarlet, 23/64 inch of Bottle Green, 1/64 inch of Scarlet and a middle stripe of 1/16 inch of Bottle Green. The following stripes are 1/64 inch of Scarlet, 23/64 inch of Bottle Green, 3/16 inch of Scarlet, and 3/32 inch of Bottle Green. The ribbon is contained within a Gold frame with laurel leaves. The ribbon is worn with a palm to show the level of awarding authority
