Southwest Asia Service Medal

The camels and the oil tanker distinguish the Persian Gulf and the importance of the region. Each of the Armed Forces is denoted by the military equipment and together they exemplify the spirit of cooperation among all of the forces. The sword represents all of the forces and nations working together to battle oppression, and the palm signifies victory as well as being a symbol for the region.
