Reserve Components Overseas Service Ribbon

The Reserve Components Overseas Training Ribbon is 1 3/8 inches in width and is mounted on the ribbon bar horizontally. It has five horizontal stripes. The middle stripe is 3/32 inch of Old Glory Red and there is a 3/64 inch White stripe on each side. The rest of the ribbon is Ultramarine Blue.
