Noncommissioned Officer Professional Development Ribbon

The Noncommissioned Officer's Professional Development Ribbon is 1 3/8 inches in width and has nine stripes. The first stripe is 3/16 inch of Green followed by 1/8 inch of Yellow, 3/16 inch of Green, 1/16 inch of Yellow and a middle stripe 1/4 inch of Flag Blue . The following stripes are 1/16 inch of Yellow, 3/16 inch of Green, 1/8 inch of Yellow, and 3/16 inch of Green.
