Army Family Housing on Picatinny Arsenal has been privatized and is now operated by Balfour Beatty Communities. Applications for post housing will be accepted by the Balfour Beatty Communities Military Family Housing Office which is co-located with the Army Residential Communities Office in Building 117A, first floor.

The Housing Services Office (HSO), located in Building 117B, second floor, may assist you in finding local rental property
and provide referrals to resources in the area. Northern New Jersey is an extreemly high cost of living area and realtors often
charge a fee in which the perspective tenant pays once a lease is signed, many times up to ten percent of the
yearly lease cost. Rental costs tend to be higher than most areas, but suitable housing can be found for under your

Barracks space is not provided for any single Soldier or Geographical Bachelor. You must
