Parents must attend a mandatory orientation prior to their child attending a CDS program and provide shot records and a current TB Tine test for each child registering and pay a registration fee. Physicals must be completed within 30 days of registration.

Families transferring to Fort Huachuca may contact the center to have their name placed on the waiting list prior to their arrival.
