Hunter Lodging is a combination of 30 two-bedroom suites, 10 single rooms and two Distinguished Visitor two-bedroom suites. Soldiers and family members on official duty orders/PCS to and from the installation have priority. Rooms are "space available" for leisure travel depending on the season. Families can stay up to 30 days when relocating with extensions granted under special circumstances. Rooms for leisure travel can be reserved up to 14 days in advance; maximum stay is 7 days and can be extended if rooms are available.

All rooms are furnished with kitchenettes, microwave, dishware, flatware, pots, pans, toaster, iron, ironing board, hair dryer, and coffee maker with complementary continental breakfast and daily coffee. Daily housekeeping services are provided. Complementary Washers, dryers, and ice machine are located on the premises. Televisions with HBO are provided.

A limited amount of rooms are available at Army Lodging for soldiers with pets. There is a nonrefundable fee of $45 for pets and an additional charge of $3 per night per pet. Up to date health and shot records are required when checking in plus cage. Some off-post hotels may accept pets for a nonrefundable fee. Make reservations ahead of time and make sure there are accommodations for your pet. Pets on the restricted list will not be allowed to stay at Army Lodging.
