The Rose Barracks U.S. Army medical services in Vilseck include family practice, immunizations, physical exams, acute care with trauma room, well woman and well-baby exams, Exceptional Family Member Program screening, optometry, physical therapy, hearing testing, pharmacy, X-ray and laboratory services. The Health Clinic also has a CHAMPUS partnership provider to supplement military medical care and social work services are also available.
