During Air Force Basic Military Training (AFBMT), you can attend church services every Sunday, if you wish, at the Base Chapel. Pretty much any religion you can think of is accommodated at Lackland. Even if you're not religious, you should plan on attending. Not only is it a nice break from having T.I.s behind every corner, but -- T.I.'s hate "idle hands," and if you remain behind, the T.I. very well may find something for you to do. Currently, Lackland has religious programs which include, but are not necessarily limited to:
- Protestant (e.g. Baptist)
- Methodist
- Presbyterian, etc.
- Liturgical (e.g. Episcopal)
- Lutheran
- Congregational, etc.
- Catholic
- Jewish
- Eastern Orthodox
- Muslim
- Pentecostal
- Seventh Day Adventist
- Church of Christ
- Christian Science
- Latter-day Saint
- Eckankar
- Wicca
- Bahai
- Buddhist
- Hindu
