The Whiteman Inn is located on Mitchell Avenue and can be reached by calling DSN 312-975-1844 or 660-687-1844. The Inn operates 24 hours a day. There are 128 total rooms available at any given time. The Whiteman Inn was the Air Force Innkeeper Winner for 2006.
When checking in, DOD identification must be shown. Advance payment must be made at check-in or secured with a credit card. Payment may be made at any time day or night. Visa, Mastercard and club proprietary card are accepted. Late or deferred payments must be approved in advance by the lodging manager. Refunds for advance payments or overpayments are made on the spot or mailed to you.
Checkout is 11:00 am. Late checkouts are charged an additional fee. If you anticipate a delay in checking out, notify the front desk immediately. Allowance is made if possible. The lodging staff will secure your luggage in the event you cannot pick it up prior to checkout.
As there is a reserve unit attached to the base, accommodations can be nonexistent on reserve weekends unless you make advance reservations. Do this as soon as you know when you will be arriving at Whiteman. Also do to significant increase in base mission requirements, it is requested that you make reservations as soon as possible to insure accommodations.
There are limited number of reservations available for those traveling with pets in need of TLF. A pet fee will be added to your bill for this accommodation.
