There is no Youth or Child Development Center in Izmir. Most community programs are offered by Services through the Club, Fitness Center, Marketing Office, and Outdoor Recreation. Bayrakli Park has a gym, soccer/football field, softball field, mini-golf course, driving range, bowling center, volleyball area, tennis court, running track, swimming pool, library, and 24-hour cafe.
