The 75 Medical Group Clinic, located in building 570, provides services to active duty, their dependents, retirees and their dependents, in that order of priority.

The Clinic does not offer emergency services nor does it have any beds; for life, limb and eyesight emergencies. You must call 911 or go to the nearest hospital emergency room. Be sure to call your Primary Care Manager (PCM) within 24 hours after emergency services were rendered in order to receive authorization.

For after hours Urgent Care, contact the on-call PCM at (801) 777-5285. A physician will refer you to an Urgent Care Clinic or direct you in a home remedy.

Other services are supplemented by Civilian Network providers.

Clinic Hours are Monday through Friday, 7:30 am until 4:30 pm. and offer extended hours from 4:30 until 7 pm. For Sick Call (triaged appointment only) and Family Practice call (801) 728-2600 at 7:30 - 8 am and 12 -1 pm. Flight Medicine, non flyers call from 7:30 - 10 am; flyers walk-in at 7:30 - 8:30 am and 1-1:30 pm.

Dental services are available to active duty military. Dental care for family members are referred to Concordia Dental for enrollment and referral to providers. Concordia Dental can be reached by calling (800) 866-8499.
