Push-ups are done in a one-minute time-period.

The number of repetitions are counted during one minute, and the componant points awarded according to the chart below.

Push-ups are just one part of the Air Force's total fitness test program. The other three parts of the program consist of:

  • Aerobic Fitness
  • Body Composition
  • Crunches
