Crunch Points for Males Under Age 25

"Crunches" (sit-ups) are done in a one-minute time-period.

The number of repetitions are counted during one minute, and the componant points awarded according to the chart below.

Crunches are just one part of the Air Force's total fitness test program. The other three parts of the program consist of:

  • Aerobic Fitness
  • Body Composition
  • Push-ups
