This instruction outlines Air Force procedures to control, procure, sell, and use alcoholic beverages. It implements AFPD 34-2, Air Force Community Services Programs. It applies to all personnel who sell, serve, purchase, and consume alcohol on Air Force bases. It also applies to Air National Guard units and members when on Air Force bases.
