Our last major conflict was in the skies over Kosovo. Before that was Bosnia, before that was Somolia, and before that was the Gulf War.

President Bush has stated that he will not use military force unless it is clearly in the strategic interests of the United States. Bearing that in mind, where do you think the next will occur?
