Chinese Holding U.S. Military Personnel

On Sunday (1 April 01) a Chinese Fighter Plane struck U.S. Navy EP-3 maritime patrol aircraft, causing the Navy aircraft to make an emergency landing on the Chinese island of Hainan without permission.

The Chinese have not yet released the crew or aircraft, and President Bush has ordered Navy Destroyers off the Coast of China.

Should the Chinese decide to hold the crew for "trial," should President Bush use military force to rescue them?
