Sailor, Wife Accused of Smuggling: YOKOSUKA NAVAL BASE, Japan — A Yokosuka sailor and his wife face charges in Japanese court for allegedly smuggling fake designer clothing into Japan using a military post office. Petty Officer 1st Class Jay Pintor, 44, and his wife, Agnes, are accused of smuggling nine cartons containing about 130 bogus Louis Vuitton and Gucci suits and coats from South Korea last year, Japanese police said Monday.
