Marine Lt Col Convicted of Sex Offense: CAMP FOSTER — The 26-year career of Marine Lt. Col. Otis Griffin Jr. ended Wednesday. After deliberating for nearly 3½ hours, a court-martial panel of six colonels found Griffin guilty of bringing discredit upon the Marine Corps by inappropriately touching a 16-year-old boy, the son of an old friend who was staying at his home last summer.
