This revision is to update the Personal Effects and Baggage Manual. There is a continuing requirement to improve and standardize the procedures used Marine Corps-wide by commanders and officers in charge of carrying out responsibilities relative to personal effects and baggage. Commanders shall ensure that this Manual is made available, understood, and used by all personnel responsible for the collection, storage, return, and disposition of personal effects.
