To publish policies, procedures, and guidance for the operation of the Marine Corps' FAP; to revise existing Marine Corps policy concerning child and spouse maltreatment; to assign responsibility for the management and operation of the FAP; and to combat child and spouse maltreatment through a three-pronged program of Coordinated Community Response.
