To set forth the provisions for SNCO's serving in the SMCR, the Full Time Support (FTS) program, or serving on the EAD program to submit applications for enlistment/reenlistment into the Regular Marine Corps, and for officers or former officers to submit applications for enlistment/reenlistment into the Regular Marine Corps or Marine Corps Reserve.
