In accordance with the references, this Order provides information and instructions for the administration of all personnel with prior active duty or reserve service who desire to reenlist into the regular Marine Corps. All former active duty Marines, Marine reservists, and other Armed Forces servicemembers reenlisting in the Marine Corps will be reenlisted in accordance with the provisions of this Order.
