This regulation sets policies and procedures governing the logistics aspects of the DOD (MWD)Program. It assigns responsibilities for budgeting, Funding, accounting, procuring, distributing, distributing, and reporting officers; and specifies procedures to be followed in submitting dog requirements and requisition.
