The Individual Clothing Regulations (ICR) provide policy and procedural guidance for the administration of individual clothing for enlisted personnel. Except when otherwise directed by the Commandant of the Marine Corps (CMC) (MCUB), officers are required to provide their own individual uniform clothing. The furnishing of individual clothing to officers on other than a sales basis is not authorized.
