Summary. PC/tactical office machine repair persons provide organizational level maintenance for equipment fielded to support tactical administrative, telecommunication and related functions, i.e., PCs, tactical copiers. Typical duties would be to diagnosis system faults and replace the Line Repairable Unit (LRU) and restore the system to operational status.

Requirements/Prerequisites

(1) EL 115 or higher.

(2) Complete the Basic Electronics Course and the Microcomputer Repair Course.

(3) Minimum of 1 year of high school algebra.

(4) Eligible to hold a secret security clearance.

(5) Normal color vision.

(6) Must be a U.S. citizen.
