You'll be a true specialist of the electronics age--responsible for the maintenance and repair of sophisticated electronics equipment, radio receivers and transmitters, radar, navigation equipment and computer equipment.

Qualifications:

An interest in electronics. An aptitude for fine, detailed mechanical work. An above average ability to solve practical mathematical problems quickly and accurately. Practical experience in any mechanical or electrical trade is of tremendous value. School courses in electricity, physics, algebra, trigonometry and shop are also helpful.

ASVAB Score Requirements: MK+EI+GS OF 171 (MINIMUM AR OF 52) OR AFQT OF 66

Training:

Begin with intensive electronic theory, and continue with more specialized instruction at ET A-School in Petaluma, CA.
