| The Atlantic Ocean, Sept. 26, 1999 An Aerographer's Mate releases a weather balloon from the fantail of USS Harry S. Truman (CVN-75). Aerographer's Mates, the Navy's meterologists, use the information from the balloon to plot wind patterns and pressure readings.
