TEXAS Brooks City-Base - The establishment of Brooks City-Base, San Antonio results in a reduction of 42 military authorizations and 95 civilian authorizations. The 311th Human Systems Wing loses six military and 10 civilians from Medical Annual Planning and Programming Guidance adjustments and nine military and 19 civilian authorizations as a result of workforce reshaping. The Air Force Center for Environmental Excellence loses three military and one civilian authorization as a result of workforce reshaping. Other minor actions result in a reduction of four military and 10 civilian authorizations. Dyess AFB - The 7th Bomb Wing loses three military and 16 civilian authorizations as a result of workforce reshaping. The 317th Airlift Group gains 23 military authorizations due to the Logistics Composite Model (LCOM). Ft Sam Houston - Detachment 1, 381st Training Squadron gains two military authorizations from Medical Annual Planning and Programming Guidance adjustments. Goodfellow AFB - The 17th Training Wing loses 14 military and 30 civilian authorizations as a result of workforce reshaping. Lackland AFB - The 67th Information Operations Wing loses eight military positions as a result of the transfer of Rivet Joint management responsibilities. The Air Intelligence Agency loses 22 military and 14 civilian authorizations as a result of workforce reshaping. The Air Intelligence Agency and 90th Information Operations Squadron transfer eight military and three civilian authorizations to Langley AFB, VA to provide foreign intelligence management expertise. The 93rd Intelligence Squadron loses eight military positions as a result of classified mission adjustments. The Cytological Group loses one military and eight civilian authorizations as a result workforce reshaping. Adjustments to the Air Force Petroleum function result in a transfer of 22 civilian authorizations to Wright Patterson AFB, OH. The 433rd Combat Logistic Support Squadron loses 90 drill authorizations to match wartime requirements. The 59th Medical Wing gains five military and one civilian authorization from Medical Annual Planning and Programming Guidance adjustments. The 37th Training Wing loses 28 military and 62 civilian authorizations, the Defense Language Institute loses nine military and 20 civilian authorizations, and the Inter-American Armed Forces Academy loses 28 military and five civilian authorizations as a result workforce reshaping. The Air Force Security Forces Center loses eight military and one civilian authorization and the Air Force News Agency loses nine military and four civilian authorizations as a result of workforce reshaping. Other minor actions result in the decrease of seven military and four civilian authorizations. Laughlin AFB - The 47th Flying Training Wing loses 44 T-37B aircraft and gains 37 T-6A aircraft resulting in a loss of 16 civilian positions. The Airfield Operations Program realignment to Moody AFB, GA results in a loss of 12 military permanent party students in the 47th Operations Support Squadron. The 47th Operations Support Squadron gains one military position as a result of Weather Function Reengineering. The 47th Flying Training Wing loses eight military and 20 civilian authorizations as a result of workforce reshaping. The 47th Medical Group loses one military and two civilian authorizations from Medical Annual Planning and Programming Guidance adjustments. Randolph AFB - HQ Air Education and Training Command loses 116 military and four civilian authorizations as a result of management headquarters reductions. Air Education and Training Command field operating agencies lose eight military and 18 civilian authorizations as a result of workforce reshaping. The 12th Flying Training Wing loses 10 T-37B aircraft. The 12th Flying Training Wing loses eight military and 25 civilian authorizations and 19th Air Force loses one military authorization as a result of workforce reshaping. The Air Force Recruiting Service loses 18 military and eight civilian authorizations as a result of workforce reshaping. As a result of flying training workload adjustments the 12th Flying Training Wing gains 11 military positions. The 12th Civil Engineering Squadron gains seven civilian firefighters for T-6 aircraft beddown. The 12th Comptroller Squadron gains eight civilian positions to support increases in the Air Force centrally managed TDY-to-School funds. The 12th Medical Group gains seven military and loses six civilian authorizations from Medical Annual Planning and Programming Guidance adjustments. The Air Force Manpower and Innovation Agency loses six military and three civilian authorizations, the Air Force Services Agency loses six military and 10 civilian authorizations, and the Air Force Personnel Center loses 38 military and 55 civilian authorizations as a result of workforce reshaping. Other minor actions result in a decrease of one military authorization. Sheppard AFB - The 80th Flying Training Wing loses two military and one civilian authorization and the 82nd Training Wing loses 62 military and 75 civilian authorizations as a result of workforce reshaping. UTAH Hill AFB - The 75th Air Base Wing gains 42 military authorizations to provide base operating support to Air Combat Command units. The Ogden Air Logistics Center reduces 22 civilian authorizations in the Foreign Military Sales program and loses 43 military and 122 civilian authorizations as a result of workforce reshaping. The 419th Combat Logistic Support Squadron loses 26 drill authorizations to match wartime requirements. Other minor actions result in a decrease of six military and an increase of four civilian authorizations. Salt Lake City IAP - The 151st Air Refueling Wing converts from 10 KC-135E aircraft to eight KC-135R aircraft. VIRGINIA Arlington - The Air Force Audit Agency loses 43 civilian authorizations and the Air Force National Security Preparedness Agency loses one military authorization as a result of workforce reshaping. The Air Force Operations Group loses three military authorizations and the Air Force Studies and Analysis Agency loses two military authorizations as a result of workforce reshaping. Other minor actions result in a decrease of one military and an increase of one civilian authorization. Ft Belvior - Minor changes result in the decrease of one civilian authorization. Langley AFB - HQ Air Combat Command loses 112 military positions resulting from management headquarters reductions. Air Combat Command field operating agencies lose 56 civilian authorizations as a result of workforce reshaping. The 1st Fighter Wing loses three military and 29 civilian authorizations as a result of workforce reshaping. Detachment 2 of the Air Intelligence Agency receives eight military and three civilian authorizations to provide foreign intelligence management expertise. The Air Force Reserve Command will activate a new associate unit in support of the Air Combat Command Air Operations Center initially resulting in an increase of 19 military and 46 drill positions. The Air Force Command, Control, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance Center loses 29 military and three civilian authorizations as a result of workforce reshaping. Other minor actions result in the increase of one military and the decrease of five civilian authorizations. Langley City - The 70th Intelligence Wing gains two military positions from an overseas realignment and also gains two military authorizations for special projects. WASHINGTON Fairchild AFB - The 92nd Air Refueling Wing loses 12 KC-135 aircraft and increases the KC-135 crew ratio and wartime maintenance requirement resulting in a loss of 176 military authorizations. The 92nd Medical Group loses 28 military and six civilian authorizations from Medical Annual Planning and Programming Guidance adjustments. The 2nd Support Squadron loses 50 military authorizations as a result of reorganization. Other minor actions result in a decrease of 19 military and two civilian authorizations. McChord AFB - 62nd Airlift Wing gains five C-17 aircraft resulting in an increase of 186 military authorizations. The 62nd Medical Group gains two military and one civilian from Medical Annual Planning and Programming Guidance adjustments. Other minor actions result in a decrease of five military and ten civilian authorizations. WEST VIRGINIA EWRA Shepherd Field - The 167th Airlift Wing loses one C-130H aircraft. WISCONSIN General Mitchell IAP ARS - The 440th Airlift Wing reduces one C-130H2 aircraft resulting in a reduction of nine civilian and 35 drill authorizations. WYOMING FE Warren AFB - The 90th Security Forces Group gains 21 military authorizations for force protection. The 90th Space Wing loses 14 civilian authorizations as a result of workforce reshaping.
