OHIO

Heath - Detachment 1, Warner Robins Air Logistics Center loses eight civilian authorizations as a result of workforce reshaping.

Wright-Patterson AFB - The Air Force Institute of Technology gains 15 military and 73 civilian positions for increases to the Air Force In-Resident Graduate Education Program and loses two military and four civilian authorizations as a result of workforce reshaping. The 338th Recruiting Squadron loses one military and one civilian authorization as a result of workforce reshaping. The 74th Medical Group decreases 16 military and two civilian authorizations from Medical Annual Planning and Programming Guidance adjustments. The Air Force Research Lab increases eight military and 15 civilian authorizations as a result of mission transfers. The Air Force Petroleum Office gains 22 civilian authorizations from Lackland AFB, TX. The Aeronautical Systems Center loses 53 military and 214 civilian authorizations as a result of workforce reshaping. The Aeronautical Systems Center loses one military and gains 42 civilian authorizations in support the Foreign Military Sales program. Air Force Material Command field operating agencies lose five military and 16 civilian authorizations and Operating Location C, 46th Operations Group, loses 20 civilian authorizations as a result of workforce reshaping. Operating Location WP, Detachment 3, Warner Robins Air Logistics Center loses one civilian authorization and the Air Force Research Lab loses one military and one civilian authorization as a result of workforce reshaping. The 88th Air Base Wing converts 13 military authorizations to civilian and the Aeronautical Systems Center converts 19 military authorizations to civilian as a result of workforce reshaping. Mission adjustments to classified programs will result in an increase of three military and 12 civilian authorizations. The 445th Airlift Wing retires eight C-141 aircraft. The 445th Combat Logistic Support Squadron loses 61 drill authorizations to match wartime requirements. Other minor actions result in an increase of two military and five civilian authorizations.

Youngstown-Warren ARS - The 910th Airlift Wing reduces one C-130H aircraft resulting in a reduction of seven civilian and 25 drill authorizations.

OKLAHOMA

Altus AFB - The 97th Air Mobility Wing gains 16 civilian positions for increases in KC-135 inspection program. The 97th Air Mobility Wing loses 39 military and 32 civilian authorizations as a result of workforce reshaping. The 97th Logistics Readiness Squadron loses four military positions as a result of Air Force-wide Pick-up and Delivery Function Reengineering. The 58th Airlift Squadron gains two military positions for increases in flying training workload.

Tinker AFB - The Oklahoma City Air Logistics Center gains 34 civilian authorizations to support Materiel Supply workload and loses 25 military and 153 civilian authorizations as a result of workforce reshaping. The 507th Air Refueling Wing increases the crew ratio for authorized KC-135 resulting in an increase of 11 civilian and three drill positions. Operating Location AB, Standard Systems Group, Electronic Systems Center loses three civilian authorizations and the 38th Engineering and Installation Group loses 12 civilian authorizations as a result of workforce reshaping. The 507th Combat Logistic Support Squadron loses 42 drill authorizations to match wartime requirements. Other minor actions result in the decrease of two military and three civilian authorizations.

Vance AFB - The 71st Operations Support Squadron gains one military position as a result of Weather Function Reengineering. The 71st Flying Training Wing loses five military positions for reduced flying training workload and six military and eight civilian authorizations as a result of workforce reshaping. The 71st Medical Group gains 14 military authorizations from Medical Annual Planning and Programming Guidance adjustments.

OREGON

Portland IAP -- The 939th Air Refueling Wing increases the crew ratio for authorized KC-135 aircraft resulting in an increase of eight civilian and three drill positions.

PENNSYLVANIA

Willow Grove ARS The 913th Airlift Wing reduces one C-130E aircraft and increases the crew ratio for the remaining authorized C-130E aircraft resulting in a reduction of nine civilian and 35 drill authorizations.

Pittsburgh IAP - The 171st Air Refueling Wing converts from 20 KC-135E aircraft to 16 KC-135R aircraft. The 911th Airlift Wing increases the crew ratio resulting in an increase of seven civilian and 11 drill authorizations.

PUERTO RICO

Ramey - Detachment 3 of the Air Force Weather Agency transfers nine military authorizations to Offutt AFB, NE as a result of a unit deactivation.

SOUTH CAROLINA

Charleston AFB - The 437th Airlift Wing gains 29 military and three civilian authorizations as a result of the Special Operations Low Level mission transfer. The 437th Medical Group loses four military and loses two civilian authorizations from Medical Annual Planning and Programming Guidance adjustments. Other programming actions result in an increase of three military and 12 civilian authorizations.

Shaw AFB - The 20th Fighter Wing gains ten military authorizations as a result of the new manpower standard for Weather and loses 36 military and 20 civilian authorizations as a result of workforce reshaping. The 20th Component Maintenance Squadron loses 10 military authorizations in the A/OA-10 Engine Regional Repair Center as a result of the reduction of six OA-10 aircraft at Pope AFB, NC.

SOUTH DAKOTA

Ellsworth AFB - The 28th Bomb Wing loses five military and 21 civilian authorizations as a result of workforce reshaping. The 28th Maintenance Squadron gains 20 military authorizations for increased maintenance workload.

TENNESSEE

Arnold AFB - The Arnold Engineering Development Center loses seven civilian authorizations as a result of workforce reshaping.

McGhee/Tyson APT - The 134th Airlift Wing loses two KC-135E aircraft.

Memphis IAP - The 164th Airlift Wing converts from eight C-141C aircraft to eight C-5A aircraft.

Nashville IAP - The 118th Airlift Wing loses four C-130H aircraft.
