MASSACHUSETTS Hanscom AFB - The Electronic Systems Center loses 55 military and 81 civilian authorizations as a result of workforce reshaping. The Air Force Research Laboratory loses eight civilian authorizations, with six realigning to Kirtland AFB, NM as a result of workforce restructuring and two reassigned to Sunspot, AZ. The Electronic Systems Center converts 19 military authorizations to civilian and seven civilian authorizations are added to support the Foreign Military Sales program. Other programmatic changes result in a gain of four military and one civilian authorization. MICHIGAN Selfridge ANGB - The 927th Air Refueling Wing increases the crew ratio for authorized KC-135 aircraft resulting in an increase of six civilian and three drill positions. The 927th Air Refueling Wing converts eight KC-135E aircraft to eight KC-135R aircraft resulting in a decrease of one civilian and eight drill positions. MINNESOTA Minneapolis-St Paul IAP - The 934th Air Wing retires two C-130E aircraft and replaces them with two C-130H2 aircraft and increases the crew ratio for authorized aircraft resulting in an increase of seven civilian and 11 drill positions. MISSISSIPPI Columbus AFB - The 14th Flying Training Wing loses one T-37B aircraft. The 14th Flying Training Wing gains seven military and loses 23 civilian authorizations as a result of workforce reshaping. The 14th Operations Support Squadron gains one military position as a result of Weather Function Reengineering. The 14th Medical Group gains 14 military and loses seven civilian authorizations from Medical Annual Planning and Programming Guidance adjustments. Keesler AFB - The 403rd Airlift Wing gains seven civilian and seven drill authorizations as a result of a crew ratio increase for authorized aircraft. The 738th Engineering and Installation Squadron loses one military and four civilian authorizations as a result of workforce reshaping. The 81st Training Wing loses 33 military and 97 civilian authorizations and the Noncommissioned Officers Academy loses one military authorization as a result of workforce reshaping. MISSOURI Whiteman AFB - The 509th Bomb Wing loses three military and 18 civilian authorizations as a result of workforce reshaping. Other minor actions result in an increase of one civilian position. MONTANA Malmstrom AFB - The 341st Security Forces Group gains 21 military authorizations for force protection. The 341st Space Wing loses 12 civilian authorizations as a result of workforce reshaping. Other minor actions result in an increase of five civilian positions. NEBRASKA Offutt AFB - The 55th Wing loses one military and 18 civilian authorizations as a result of workforce reshaping. The Air Force Weather Agency gains nine military authorizations resulting from the deactivation of Detachment 3 at Ramey, Puerto Rico. The 97th Intelligence Squadron loses ten military positions as a result of a maintenance mission adjustment. Detachment 1, Ogden Air Logistics Center loses three military authorizations as a result of a unit change. The Air Force Weather Agency loses 78 military and 10 civilian authorizations as a result of workforce reshaping. Other minor actions result in a decrease of one military position. NEVADA Nellis AFB - The Air Warfare Center loses two civilian authorizations, the 57th Wing loses eight civilian authorizations, the 98th Range Wing loses seven civilian authorizations, and the 99th Air Base Wing loses three military and 31 civilian authorizations as a result of workforce reshaping. NEW JERSEY Ft Dix - The Air Mobility Warfare Center gains four military authorizations for the Air Mobility Battle Lab. The 421st Training Squadron gains 54 military authorizations for expeditionary combat support training expansion. Other minor actions result in an increase of one military authorization. McGuire AFB - The 305th Air Mobility Wing gains three C-17 aircraft resulting in an increase of 86 military and one civilian authorization. The 305th Air Mobility Wing loses four C-141 aircraft resulting in a loss of 77 military and seven civilian authorizations. The 305th Medical Group loses 15 military and five civilian authorizations from Medical Annual Planning and Programming Guidance adjustments. The 305th Air Mobility Wing gains 64 military for increases in KC-10 maintenance workload. The Air Mobility Warfare Center gains 18 military and two civilian authorizations for the C-17 Weapons Instructor Course. The 621st Air Mobility Operations Squadron gains eight military authorizations for increased expeditionary capability. McGuire AFB loses 79 military authorizations and 16 civilian authorizations as a result of the Mobility Warfighting C2 Restructure. Other minor actions result in a decrease of seven military and one civilian authorization. NEW MEXICO Cannon AFB -The 27th Fighter Wing loses eight military and 19 civilian authorizations as a result of workforce reshaping. Holloman AFB - The 49th Fighter Wing loses 28 civilian authorizations as a result of workforce reshaping. The 846th Test Squadron loses one civilian authorization as a result of mission adjustment to Holloman High Speed Test Track. The 46th Test Group loses one military and 10 civilian authorizations as a result of workforce reshaping. Kirtland AFB - The 377th Air Base Wing loses 18 military and 38 civilian authorizations and the Air Force Material Command Office of Aerospace Studies loses one military and two civilian authorizations as a result of workforce reshaping. The 58th Special Operations Wing gains 37 military positions to support increases in Combat Search and Rescue and loses eight military and four civilian authorizations as a result of workforce reshaping. Detachment 12, Space and Missile Center loses four civilian authorizations as a result of workforce reshaping. The Air Force Inspection Agency loses five military and one civilian authorization, the Air Force Safety Center loses two civilian authorizations, and the Air Force Operational Test and Evaluation Center loses 68 military and 11 civilian authorizations as a result of workforce reshaping. Other minor actions result in a decrease of 13 military and an increase of 10 civilian authorizations. NEW YORK Niagra Falls IAP - The 914th Airlift Wing gains seven civilian and eleven drill authorizations as a result of a crew ratio increase. Rome - The Air Force Research Laboratory transfers one military authorization to Mesa, AZ for force protection. The Rome Lab loses seven civilian authorizations and Operating Location AH, Electronic Systems Center loses one civilian authorization as a result of workforce reshaping. NORTH CAROLINA Charlotte-Douglas IAP - The 145th Airlift Wing loses one C-130H aircraft and increases the crew ratio for authorized C-130H aircraft. Pope AFB - The 75th Fighter Squadron loses six OA-10s and 55 military authorizations. The 43rd Medical Group loses two military and one civilian authorization from Medical Annual Planning and Programming Guidance adjustments. The 43rd Airlift Wing gains 21 military authorizations as a result of increases in C-130 maintenance workload. Other minor actions result in an increase of 14 military and a decrease of five civilian authorizations. Seymour Johnson AFB - The 4th Fighter Wing loses two military and 19 civilian authorizations as a result of workforce reshaping. The 916th Air Refueling Wing loses two KC-135R aircraft resulting in a reduction of four civilian and 24 drill positions. NORTH DAKOTA Grand Forks AFB - The 319th Medical Group loses seven military and gains four civilian authorizations from Medical Annual Planning and Programming Guidance adjustments. Other minor actions result in a loss of 12 military and five civilian authorizations. Minot AFB - The 5th Bomb Wing loses 84 military authorizations to match manpower with funding for the B-52 attrition reserve aircraft and loses 17 military and 21 civilian authorizations as a result of workforce reshaping. The 91st Security Forces Group gains 21 military authorizations for force protection. Other minor actions result in an increase of four military and a decrease of one civilian authorization.
