HAWAII

Hickam AFB -HQ Pacific Air Forces loses 60 military positions as a result of management headquarters reductions. Pacific Air Forces field operating agencies lose four military positions because of Air and Space Expeditionary Force resizing and six civilian positions as a result of workforce reshaping. The 15th Airlift Wing loses 16 military positions for Air and Space Expeditionary Force resizing and 72 civilian positions as a result of workforce reshaping. The application of manpower standards for the 15th Airlift Wing results in a reduction of five military and eleven civilian positions. The 15th Airlift Wing loses 20 military and four civilian positions as a result of decreased workload to support Johnston Atoll. The 15th Civil Engineering Squadron converts seven enlisted positions to civilian as a result of utilities privatization. The 15th Medical Group loses seven military authorizations from Medical Annual Planning and Programming Guidance adjustments. The activation of the Pacific Air Forces Air Operations Center results in an increase of 109 military positions. HQ Pacific Air Forces converts 12 rated officers to civilians to ease the rated shortfall impact. The Theater Patient Movement and Recovery Cell transfer results in an increase of 14 military positions. The 735th Air Mobility Operations Squadron loses eight military authorizations as a result of enroute maintenance adjustments. Other minor actions result in a decrease of eight military and an increase of 22 civilian positions.

Kaena Point - Detachment 4, 22nd Space Operations Squadron loses two military and one civilian authorization as a result of a unit restructuring.

Kunia City - The 324th Intelligence Squadron loses nine military authorizations as a result of a mission adjustment.

Maui - Detachment 15, Air Force Research Laboratory gains 12 civilian authorizations for force protection.

IDAHO

Mountain Home AFB - The 366th Fighter Wing loses three military and 20 civilian authorizations as a result of workforce reshaping.

ILLINOIS

Scott AFB - The 375th Airlift Wing loses 10 C-9A aircraft to retirement resulting in a loss of 219 military and 44 civilian authorizations. The 932nd Airlift Wing loses 81 civilians and 239 drill positions as a result of the active duty C-9A retirement. The 15th Operational Weather Squadron gains 40 military authorizations and the 375th Operations Support Squadron gains four military authorizations as result of workload increases. The 375th Medical Group loses 26 military and two civilian authorizations due to Medical Annual Planning and Programming Guidance adjustments. The Air Force Communications Agency loses 46 military authorizations as a result of workforce reshaping. Scott AFB gains 62 military authorizations and 8 civilian authorizations as a result of the Mobility Warfighting C2 Restructure. Other minor actions result in a decrease of three military and an increase in 10 civilian authorizations.

INDIANA

Grissom ARB - The 434th Air Refueling Wing loses four KC-135R aircraft while increasing the crew ratio for the remaining authorized KC-135 aircraft resulting in a reduction of 13 civilian and 48 drill positions.

KANSAS

McConnell AFB - The 22nd Air Refueling Wing loses 12 KC-135 aircraft and increases the KC-135 crew ratio and wartime maintenance requirement resulting in a loss of 206 military authorizations. The 22nd Medical Group loses 12 military authorizations from Medical Annual Planning and Programming Guidance adjustments. Other minor actions result in a decrease of 10 military and 10 civilian authorizations.

Forbes Field - The 190th Air Refueling Wing loses two KC-135E aircraft.

KENTUCKY

Ft Campbell - The 19th Air Support Operations Squadron gains two military authorizations for enlisted tactical air control support.

Louisville IAP - The 123rd Airlift Wing loses one C-130H aircraft and increases the crew ratio for authorized C-130H aircraft.

LOUISIANA

Barksdale AFB - The 2nd Bomb Wing loses seven military and 21 civilian authorizations as a result of workforce reshaping. Other minor actions result in an increase of eight military authorizations.

MAINE

Bangor IAP - The 101st Air Refueling Wing loses two KC-135E aircraft.

MARYLAND

Andrews AFB - The 1st Airlift Squadron gains nine military authorizations for a C-40 crew ratio increase. The 99th Airlift Squadron gains 30 military authorizations for crew ratio increases in C-20 and C-37 aircraft. The 89th Medical Group loses 118 military authorizations and gains one civilian from Medical Annual Planning and Programming Guidance adjustments. The 459th Airlift Wing converts eight C-141C aircraft to eight KC-135R aircraft resulting in a decrease of two civilian and 132 drill positions. The Air Force Flight Standards Agency loses seven military authorizations and the Air National Guard Readiness Center loses five military and four civilian authorizations as a result of workforce reshaping. Other minor actions result in an increase of 25 military and a loss of two civilian authorizations.

White Oak - Operating Location DO, Arnold Engineering Development Center loses three civilian authorizations as a result of workforce reshaping.

Fort Meade - Operating Location B, 694th Intelligence Group loses 14 military authorizations and the 91st Intelligence Squadron gains 18 military authorizations as a result of mission adjustments. Other minor actions result in an increase of five military positions.
