| A B-1B Lancer from the 37th Bomb Squadron, 28th Bomb Wing, Ellsworth Air Force Base, S. D., flies a test mission over the dry lakebeds of southern California. The Lancer was part of an ongoing weapons flight-testing program at Edwards Air Force Base, Calif. Over 5,000 flying hours a year are flown to support flight test programs at Edwards Air Force Base.
