| A KC-135R Stratotanker from the 452nd Flight Test Squadron at Edwards Air Force Base, Calif., refuels a B-1B Lancer from the 37th Bomb Squadron, 28th Bomb Wing, Ellsworth Air Force Base, S.D., over the dry lake beds of southern California. The Lancer was part of the ongoing weapons flight-testing program at Edwards. Over 5000 flying hours a year are flown to support these tests. (U.S. Air Force photo by Staff Sgt. Mark A. Borsch) |
