Titled: Pharmacy Specialist
With later appointment to: E4
The following criteria must be met:
a. Have successfully completed a Pharmacy Technician training program accredited by the American Society of Hospital Pharmacists.
b. If employed as a Pharmacy Technician in a State that requires licensure or certification, possess such a current license or certificate to practice.
c. Proficiency training must be performed under supervision of a Pharmacy officer (AOC68H) or an NCO qualified in MOS 91Q.
Applicants must have no record of conviction of any Federal or State Statute relating to use, growth, processing, manufacture , sale, disposition, possession, transportation, or importation of narcotic drugs, marijuana, and depressant or stimulant drugs or substances.
