With later appointment to: E4
The following criteria must be met:Have 2 years of experience, or combination of formal training and experience totaling 2 years, as:
a. Locomotive engineer.
b. Road engineer, freight.
c. Station Agent, or Station Master.
d. Towerman.
e. Train dispatcher.
f. Conductor.
g. Brakeman/coupler.
h. Hostler, outside.
i. Fireman, locomotive
