Titled: Heavy Construction Equipment Operator
With later appointment to: E4
The following criteria must be met:
a. Have 2 years of experience as operator of crawling or wheeled tractors, graders, or loaders and be certified as Civil Service-rated Heavy Construction Equipment Operator, WG-4, or have 2 years of experience and be apprenticed member of International union of Operating Engineers, AFL-CIO.
b. Have valid State motor vehicle license.
