Guard and Reseve members do not receive a housing allowance when performing weekend drills. Guard and Reserve members on active duty for less than 140 days receive the above rates for a housing allowance. Members without dependents receive the partial rate if living in government quarters. Guard and Reserve members on active duty for 140 days or more receive the full BAH (same as regular active duty).
