Guide Review - Garmin eMap Hand Held GPS

If you're looking for a hand-held GPS with complete mapping capabilities, the Garmin eTrex might be for you. The internal memory holds an included basehap for information on North and South America state and interstate highways. The unit comes complete with an 8 MB memory card so you can purchase additional (city & town) maps on CD ROM and download it to use on the system. (Although some merchants ship the software as part of an overall package -- for extra money, of course). Accurate to 15 meters (49 feet).
