Michael
Michael was born on 27 December, 1959 and joined the U.S. Navy on 6 July 1979. He attending boot camp at RTC Great Lakes, and served as a member of the following commands.
1) USS Ranger (CV-61)
2) RTC San Diego
3) Precomissioning Unit Comstock
4) USS Mahlon S. Tisdale (FFG-27)
5) USS Germantown (LSD-42) 6)USS Comstock (LSD-45)
7) DECA Commissary Port Hueneme
8) NAS Keflevik Iceland
9) USS George Washington (CVN-73)
Michael retired from the Navy as a Ships Serviceman First Class on 31 July 1999. He currently lives in South Carolina and works for a Lowes Home Improvement Store. His hobbies are military, aviation, and maritime history, and in particular research into the RMS Titanic. He's a life member of the U.S. Naval Institute and a member of the Titanic Historical Society and the Titanic International Society.
